I will now be offering my services at an additional location.

Body in Sync is a well established holistic clinic offering two very gifted Registered Massage Therapists and a doctor of Natropathic Medicine.

The clinic is at Yonge and Lawrence, I will be treating there on Mondays from 11am to 6pm. My charge for both clinics is $70 for one hour and $35 for a half hour.

Therapies that fit you

What your body requires in a treatment from day to day may change. I create an calming atmosphere to assist my clients in creating a dialogue about their own health issues and state of well-being. Treatments are accompanied with a personalized home care plans, to address issues identified during the treatment. I also incorporate the use of essential oils to customize and increase the therapeutic benefits.

My grounding and intuitive healing style creates a space for my clients to become more empowered and aware of their body as well as give them the opportunity to manage their own mental, emotional and physical well-being in a more effective way.

I use Reflexology and Reiki not only to build my clients understanding of their own body but to decrease their stress, anxiety, and fatigue as well as detoxify their system and release any mental, emotional, physical or spiritual imbalances. This will assist the healing process, improve the immune system, circulation and overall function of the body, making it a more hospitable environment.

A Feet Matter Treatment can:

Create a relaxation response to even out mood, decrease anxiety and stress level.
Improve immune function by boosting the bodies natural defense systems.
Improve circulation by drawing blood to the feet with physical manipulation of reflex points, combined with the opening of blood vessels during relaxation.
Detoxify the system elimination of physical/mental and emotional blockages standing in the way of optimal health.
Create body awareness for the client about their physical and mental state and empower them to take an active role in healing.
Provide a safe atmosphere to support behavioral change and be more comfortable in your own body.

LIVING WELL WITH FIBROMYALGIA

Dealing with the daily challenges of chronic pain can be a daunting and frustrating but you do not have to do it alone! With the right tools and a little practice you can have more control when dealing with symptoms of pain, anxiety and sleep disturbances. In a peer support environment share your stories, discuss building a positive outlook, an action plan for success and discover new ways to approach chronic pain.

I'm stressed out! Stress Management for kids

(Adults $20 and Kids for $10)

Families experience most things together including stress! Everyone would be better off if we learned stress management techniques young, to help us develop as resilient and resourceful, adults but it is never too late! Bring your whole family for kid-focused activities like drawing exercises, easy stress busters and Yoga with Babar. You can develop a stress management strategy as a family.

Workshops will be held on the main floor

Please wear comfortable clothing, cushions are provided.

You may bring a yoga mat if desired.

This is a queer positive space so all are welcome.

Reflexology & Reiki

These alternative therapies can improve your level of wellness, resiliency and treat pain, fatigue and stress. Neglected feet may provide a need for Reflexology. For others energy work or Reiki might suit your emotional and spiritual needs better. Whatever you are looking for it is my goal to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for my clients. Located at 720 Spadina, unit 507 in the Flow Shiatsu Clinic.

All one-hour treatments are $70 and $35 for a half hour, by appointment only.
