Biography
Kelly Wilk has been a licensed Holistic Practitioner working in Toronto since May 2006. She has completed a Post Grad in the Holistic Practitioner Care Program and a Post Grad in Wellness Promotion in the Work Place Program. Kelly has experience facilitating and treating in hospitals, spas and community care environments, including the Adolescent Eating Disorders Program at the North York General Hospital.
Kelly is a Registered Reflexologist with the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario or (RRCO) and a Certified Reiki Practitioner with the Canadian Reiki Association or (CRA). She also uses Aromatherapy to increase the therapeutic benefits of her treatments and offers workshops and on a variety of topics such as stress, relaxation and holistic home care.
As a practitioner she always strives to meet her clients needs by providing a safe non-judgment atmosphere for healing and change. Her calm, intuitive healing style creates a space for her clients to become more empowered and aware of their body as well as give them the opportunity to manage their own mental, emotional and physical wellbeing in a more effective way.
Kelly uses a combination of Reflexology and Reiki not only to build her clients understanding of their own body but to decrease their stress, anxiety, and fatigue as well as detoxify their system and correct any mental, emotional, physical or spiritual imbalances. This will assist the healing process, improve the immune system, circulation and overall function of the body, making it a more hospitable environment.
